Plans, billing and cancelling

The plans

• Workspace trial: $0 and no card, with 16 hours 40 minutes of one-time active compute shared across up to 10 workspaces.
• Usage: active compute, billed by the minute. A paused workspace costs nothing and there is no monthly minimum. The flat per-pad plan is closed to new customers; existing subscriptions continue unchanged.
• Enterprise: quoted per seat, your cloud or ours, SSO and invoicing; write to hello@reachpad.dev.

Managing billing

Billing runs through Stripe. Your dashboard opens the billing portal for cards, invoices and plan changes.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the dashboard. Billing is monthly, so cancelling ends the next renewal rather than triggering a fee. Push your work to your remotes first: that is the exit path, and it is always open. See getting code in and out.
